Every plan includes all of WORK: Home, contacts and companies, deals, projects, tasks, invoices, bills, search, notes and activity, CSV import and export, the API, CLI and agent skill, your team’s apps, roles and an audit log. Plans differ on people and write access, nothing else.

How does the free plan work?
Sign up and use WORK with up to three people for as long as you like. No card, no trial, nothing switched off after two weeks. You get all of the product. The only differences from Pro are the three-person limit and that the API, CLI and agent skill can read but not write.
What does Pro include?
Everyone in your business for one flat price: your team, your contractors and any clients you invite in. Plus full read and write access for the API, CLI and agent skill. No seats to count.
What counts as a person?
Anyone who can sign in, plus anyone you’ve invited who hasn’t joined yet. Agents don’t count on any plan. The limit only applies on Free, which includes three people. Pro has no limit.
What is Enterprise?
Pro on your own terms: dedicated infrastructure we run for you, single sign-on, a data processing agreement, an SLA and onboarding. Annual, invoiced. WORK stays cloud-only. We don’t ship a version you host yourself.
Are there any other charges?
No. No setup fee, no per-person math. The price is the price.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Card updates, receipts and cancellation happen in Stripe’s billing portal. WORK never sees your card details.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop back to Free at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Nothing is deleted. Your data stays, you can still read and export all of it, and the only things that return are the three-person limit and read-only access.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe marks the subscription past due and retries on its own schedule. Update the card in the billing portal and it picks up where it left off. A bounced card gets a banner, not a locked door. You keep everything Pro gives you while Stripe retries.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, without asking us. Export contacts, companies, deals and invoices as CSV, one at a time or together in a zip.
Which currencies can I use?
USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD for your account’s amounts. WORK’s own subscription bills in US dollars.
